Then USA Pools has the answer. USA Pools certified water aerobics instructors will design a workout for every age group specifically tailored to meet your group.s requirements. This is a fun, low impact workout, intended to work the cardiovascular system and get you back in shape, the fun way.
Is Aqua Aerobics for me?
- Water Aerobics is a cardiovascular exercise that emphasizes a total body workout.
- This exercise is great for anyone who wants to get a complete aerobic workout without the strain. Water aerobics is ideal for people with muscular or joint problems. Anyone can participate regardless of age, gender or fitness level.
- It is not necessary for you to swim to enjoy this water aerobic workout.
Classes are held two times per week at your community pool. Times will be announced prior to starting sessions. Classes last for 60 minutes and a minimum of eight people are required to form a class. To insure everyone gets the most out of our classes, we set a maximum class size of twelve people per class.
What to bring:
Shoes are recommended but not required (aquatic, canvas, or aerobic lightweight shoes will do).
Towel, Water bottle, Swimming Noodle, and Sunscreen
